This policy explains how Evolving Machines Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use our website (evolvingmachines.ai) and our platform (dashboard.evolvingmachines.ai, the "Platform").
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and, if you give it, your organization or university.
- Content you submit: files and data you upload or create on the Platform.
- Usage data: logs of how you use the Platform, such as runs started, errors, and the device and browser you use.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to run the Platform.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain and secure the Platform, including running your jobs.
- To give support and send you service messages, such as changes to these terms or new paid plans.
- To improve our products. Under our Terms of Service, we may use content and usage data to train and improve our own AI models, only after aggregating it and making reasonable efforts to remove information that identifies you or your organization.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the Platform for us: cloud and sandbox hosting, AI model providers that process your tasks when you choose to run them with their models, email, and payments. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the Platform, our users or others.
- In a merger or acquisition, under this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open, and content until you delete it or close your account. Backups are deleted on a regular schedule. We may keep information longer when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing team@evolvingmachines.ai. We will reply within 30 days.
Students and universities
The Platform is for people aged 18 and over. If you use the Platform for a university course, you sign up yourself, and we do not receive education records from your university.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will tell you by email or in the Platform before the change takes effect.
